Yes. We guarantee it and do not save your information. If you want to provide an email address for order confirmation, we will save the email but will not share it with any third-party companies. Recipient name or address are saved to ensure order processing and are later purged from our system after the product has been delivered.
Your package will leave our facility within 2 – 5 business days of being ordered. Most delivery times are 3 - 4 days. We only ship to the Continental United States.
If you provide an email at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email at the time the order is placed. You will receive a second email when your order is shipped. Since we guarantee anonymity, we do not provide tracking numbers on your package. You will have to contact the recipient to confirm delivery. We suggest waiting at least 10 days from the day the order was placed.
We charge a flat rate of $9.99 shipping. That includes our handling (ewww!), packaging and postage charges. The cost is clearly marked on the order page and at checkout.
Yes, it is real poop. We really do have a working farm with all of the animals advertised. Due to volume, safety and availability, the product sent will actually be horse poop. To adhere to postal guidelines, we only ship dry, low odor material that is safe for human handling. It should go without saying, but we do not suggest or endorse any form of consumption.
Yes! You can write your own message (up to 150 characters) or choose from our collection of pre-written cards. All custom messages are automatically screened — threats, harassment, and slurs are not allowed. Keep it fun!
